Our cattle are raised on grass in the heart of central Kentucky. Every single cow has been hand selected, raised on 600 acres of grass, and receive a special blend of grains including corn and soybeans.
When purchasing a half beef, you have the ability to customize your cuts to your preference. After purchase, a Larland Farm representative will contact you to make your selections. Cut selections will determine the amount of meat you receive. To learn more, visit our FAQ page.

During processing your beef will be hung up to14 days for maximum flavor, then it is vacuum sealed and frozen.
Pickup at the farm in Lancaster, KY. Delivery available for an additional fee.
