Details of the cuts vary per box, here is a list of possible cuts. Buyer may request certain cuts and if available we are happy to customize. No other substitutions can be made.

Steaks Include (NY Strip, Sirloin, Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone)
Special Cuts (Tri-Tip, Flank, Skirt, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Round Steak)
Ground Beef is 80/20 and in 1lb. rolls
 
All meat is frozen and vacuum sealed for freshness.
